I love this product I love the smell I love the Scalp Scrub and the gift is very gentle on you hair

I find that after a while of using shampoos and conditioners, no matter how much I try and rinse them from my hair I always end up with the inevitable product build up and dreaded white flakes.I used this clarifying scrub in the bath as I don’t have a shower in my home. I messaged it in to my scalp and the consistency is what I can only describe as ‘bitty’, it feels like an exfoliator but for the scalp. It feels lonely massaging it in, and after rinsing it and styling my hair as normal, I think my hair feels lighter and I feel a noticeable difference that the product build up has reduced.Only thing that bugged me is that I really struggled to wash all the little bits out of my hair, maybe it would work better for someone with a shower… who knows but it was really annoying.Another gripe is the price. £63 is just far to steep in my opinion. I wouldn’t order this again due to the price and the bits, which is a shame as it definitely made my hair and scalp feel fresher

I have a small patch of Psoriasis on my scalp which results in a patch of dry flaky skin so thought I would give this a go. I will try anything to alleviate it.Firstly, the packaging is good and it smells really nice, a zingy fresh small.The product itself doesn't have the consistency that I was expecting as I thought that it would have bigger beads.The instructions say to massage it into the scalp and leave for 3 minutes before shampooing it off.I have very thick hair and found it difficult to massage it into my scalp without getting my hair covered as it has quite a creamy oily texture. I didn't really feel a 'scrub' effect as in my opinion the beads are too fine.It did leave my hair feeling very soft but I did not see any improvement in my patch of dry skin.I also have very sensitive skin and unfortunately I could feel my head itching after using it.I did feel a slight heat sensation when I had applied it so I think something in this irritated my skin.Because of this I would not use this again and to be honest I also think it is well overpriced. I can't see anything about this product that justifies the price tag of £63.Sorry but I can't recommend it.

If you can get past the price, this MONPURE London Clarifying Scalp Scrub is an unusual and interesting product and it's surprisingly effective at calming and conditioning an irritated scalp. It's nicely packaged with the small jar arriving in a sturdy card tube box but none of the packaging is sealed and there's nothing to prove it hasn't been tampered with on its way to you, which is slightly concerning. I appreciate they may want to avoid needlessly using plastic but there are more eco-friendly ways to tamper-seal a jar.The product itself is a soft rich cream that's peppered through with small Jojoba beads to give the scrub action, there aren't that many of them though so it's a very sparse effect and if you're expecting something like your average face scrub you'll be disappointed. As you massage the cream into your scalp it foams up into a light froth and if you've got long hair you need to be quite methodical to actually work it down into the scalp itself. Once you've worked it into the scalp you leave it there for a few minutes, I leave it while I complete my morning shower, and then rinse it away. It leaves you hair and scalp feeling conditioned but doesn't coat the hair shaft as much as a conditioner would.Your scalp does feel quite different though, as if it's been deep cleansed and the natural oils have been gently removed but without feeling like it's been stripped and left tight. It actually makes your scalp feel like the rest of your skin, which might sound like an odd thing to say, but that's what it does. I've had an issue recently with mild irritation on my scalp, especially along the (fast receding) hairline and this product does seem to have soothed that significantly. The redness and dry patches have pretty much gone and it's all just been calmed down and it seems to be mostly due to using this scalp scrub. My issues are fairly mild but it might be worth considering if you suffer real scalp irritation, if you can deal with the obvious irritation of the price.

The media could not be loaded.  This scalp cream is absolutely beautiful, smells like pure orange extract, I'm bald but have psoriasis, this isn't good when you are going for the smooth head look, when I get a bad flair up my scalp will go read, and end up with loads of dandruff, need to ware a hat when these flair ups happen, tried everything to relief my psoriasis without any affect.I'm not saying this product takes away my issues, but it dose relieve them, seems to work brilliant in scrubbing away my dandruff and soothing my sclap, feels very clean & soft after usng, it's very pleasant!I know it's quite exspsave, but it really is a quality and affective product. Cannot rate it high enough! Would definitely recommend.

This tub of Clarifying scalp scrub comes presented in a 120g tub which is beautifully presented inside a lovely cardboard package and looks so elegant sitting in my bathroom shelf. The clarifying scrub contains biodegradable jojoba beads to gently exfoliate away dead skin and debris so I don’t have to worry that I am adding small plastic micro beads into the water supply. To use this scrub I wet my hair under the shower and then apply quite a good amount to my head and really massage it in well. This makes my head feel thoroughly cleaned and refreshed, I then wash and condition my hair as normal, rinse and then blow dry my hair. After using this product once a week for 4 weeks I can see a definite difference in my hair which there not being so large and obvious flakes of dry skin in it. The scent of this product is lovely and even after washing my hair I can still smell the aroma on my hair.This is obviously a premium product with a premium price tag but if you have a persistent problem with a dry, flaky scalp then it is well worth the investment.
