Quality product
I've used Fo-Ti (Ho Shu Wu) for over 20 years with positive results in hair health, energy, and positive mood stability. This is the first time I've ever used a formulation of Shou Wu so i didn't know what to expect; its only been a few weeks since receiving them but i can tell a general mood uplift and balance in disposition and that, on the minimal amount. As a result, my expectations of this Dragon Herb's product are positive and confident it will elevate my overall health.

A Favorite Herbal Formula from a Great Company
I love this product. It gives me energy and seems to help my hair. It also helps my hormone balance as I am older and very active. I recommend the quality of Ron Teegarden's herbs. He has been in the business here in LA for many years and his herbs are of excellent quality. I bought them on Amazon because we have Prime and free shipping. I buy from Dragon Herbs website when I have a big order to waive shipping or I shop in person when in Santa Monica area the store is beautiful.

Classic formula by top class herb company
Classic he shou wu formula, along the lines of a shou wu chi drink but in capsule form. Very good for energy, virility and just keeping up in the modern world. You likely won’t feel a difference immediately taking this product but you could. Dragon Herbs is a very dependable high quality herbs company and this is a very well known, time test formula.

Great for strengthening low back and knees
I bought this product because of trying to maintain healthy hair. What I found out is that I had low back problems and was now able to squat to the floor!
