Works great
It works really well when I added it to my pedal board, it gives my acoustic guitar a nice sound & a boost to it, so I purchased a second one and added it to my other back-up pedal board...

Nice addition
Great way to experiment with effects. Solid. Have others and they work.

Great value
This adds a great tone sculpt to my acoustic into my pa. I play acoustic solo gigs and run this into a DI box straight into the board and it sounds amazing.

Bad quality
Has a loud airy sound when hooked up at all, the signal is dropped massively going through this pedal and none of the knobs or switches change anything when powered on.

A great pedal for gain and tone when playing an acoustic through an amp.
I love this. It's nothing flashy. But it's great at what it offers: Basically a pre-amp for acoustic-electric/acoustic with pickup attached guitars that allows you some additional control over the tone shape (bass and treble each have a know, as opposed to a single tone knob, providing more control), and the gain. The latter was especially helpful when used with a particular piezo pickup I have that comes in very hot, and is without gain control. I'm able to play around with the gain and eq to find the sweet spot, resulting in a tone that is much improved over the pickup itself at the low amp gain required to completely avoid feedback without the pedal.I've a few other AZOR pedals. Always pleased with the sound and build for the money. Also pleased that you get both rubberized and velcro pads included, and you can install either depending on whether you plan to use on a floor, or install on a pedal board. As with every mini-pedal I've seen, there is no battery compartment, so it's wall-power only. I'm perfectly fine with that, as batteries seem like a waste, and can quit on you when you need them most.

Good Clean Tones But Not So Acoustic
The Azor acoustic effects pedal produces some very good clean tones. I just don't think it makes my guitars sound like an acoustic. I'm not sure how these pedals work. It sounds like they just dial back the output from your pickups and add their own tone shaping characteristics. The bass and treble controls are responsive, the gain control is useful at any setting, and the feedback switch will cut your output even further. It has an on/off LED but it was nonfunctional on mine. I don't think it's as good of an acoustic simulator as the ones on lower end multi effects processors from Zoom and Digitech. I just can't get all the twang out of my single coils or humbuckers, even from the neck position. But, if you take some time to experiment, you can get some useful tones out of it - and it's ridiculously affordable! Just don't expect it to make your guitar sound like a Marti.

Nice little pedal for acoustics.
I’m huge into acoustic guitars, but having come from electric guitars, I like pedals. Finding acoustic pedals can be difficult, so I always jump at the chance to try new once. I do really like this pedal for the price. I used it through a fishman loud box mini, and it did increase the overall tone of my Taylor acoustic. I have a similar pedals that cost more that do sound better, but for the price this sounds good. I also like that you can adjust the knob for bass or Treble, others I have only adjust an overall tone. I like the build quality and the color as well. Looks nice on my board.

Good tone.
Case has a metal feel. Size is very good for smaller setups.Adds good tone to my budget guitars and my Taylor.

Clearly I misunderstood this pedal when I read the product page.
As it appears to be the case with others that have reviewed this pedal (I read other reviews to see if others were defective, like I thought mine was) I thought this was an acoustic effects pedal when using an electric guitar (ie: make an electric sound acoustic) but I am definitely wrong as proven by the fact that it certainly doesn't have that effect on an electric guitar AAAANND it says right on the pedal "for acoustic guitar". What can I say, I am a guy, I don't read stuff....Anyway, I hooked it up to my acoustic and it provides a bit of a tonal adjustment to the output, when channeled through an amp. I found it made for a quite and easy way to drop down a bit when riffing the blues or just wanting it to make the guitar sound a little "bigger". Tonal adjustment on the high end is also quite impressive when playing on the bottom of the neck. Step on the switch and you are back to the natural tone of your guitar. The tonal range and ease of use makes this a great option for the price and despite it not being what I first thought, it is a great piece of gear to have.Recommended.

This pedal looks good!
I got this because I needed a pre-amp pedal to use with my recently installed internal pick-up, for one of my acoustic guitars. Looking at the other reviewers photos, it looked like a 9v battery adapter was supplied in this package, however, I didn’t receive one. I will update this review once I purchase a 9v DC adapter (or 9V battery adapter) in order to test out what this pedal can do.

Runs off a 9V battery
Amazingly small for what it’s capable of! Would be much more functional if it could carry its battery internally but is still a super compact travel pedal for basic treble/bass/gain adjustment in a click. Was very easy to find a nice tone, and use the switch to alternate between clean and effects while still fitting in any pocket or case pouch.

Doesn’t do much.
I liked how sturdy-looking it is.Doesn’t do much. And the battery is outside the body of the effects.
