Pad Thai's only noodle
I have tried so many noodles for homemade pad thai and this is the best. Doesn't stick, cooks evenly, nice width and length to the noodle. I boil water, turn off heat and just drop these in until tender. Then rinse in cold to stop cooking and toss into the mixture in the wok.

Great sub for egg noodles
These noodles are great! I purchased them to use in a low fodmap chicken noodle soup recipe and they are the perfect noodle for that! So glad I found them! They are very tasty and work as a perfect egg noodle substitute in my soup!

Very easy way to enhance a meal
I could not find this in our supermarket and so ordering it was convenient even though it's a little bit pricey. Cooks very quickly and it's a healthier alternative to white rice or pasta when sauteeing meat and veggies.

Crazy about these rice noodles.
I love rice noodles and these are great for the price. There are so many ways to prepare them and I often change them up. I even eat them with tomato sauce. I know, right? Easy to cook in water with just a few minutes' time and add your imagination. I've mixed them with chicken, veggies, different spices, and even oil and vinegar. They are great for a WOK meal. I cook for myself and it's simple, quick, and delicious.

So good
I was surprised how many people one box feeds and has leftovers. I bought two boxes but didn't even need that much.

Don’t Recommend For Stir Fry Recipes
Awful noodles. Don’t recommend. Not a good product. Noodles don’t stir fry well. These rice noodles broke up to small pieces when stir frying. Maybe it’s good for soups. My recipe was ruined.
