I have lost numerous camera lenses to the dreaded fungus, including Zeiss and Canon L glass, and paid for professional cleaning of some others, to which fungus has now returned. I live in a damp 1950's house in the wettest place in the UK - a recipe for disaster. Hopefully this cabinet will fare better than my sealed plastic box with desiccant bags. It looks good, although it was a tight squeeze to get most of my cameras and lenses in there. It looks well made, and is easy to set up, with no ongoing maintenance required.

The unit looks good, even though it is made from thin metal plate. The front two feet are adjustable so the unit can be levelled independently. Having a clear door is very good and the shelves move in and out fairly easily despite being made from what appears to be cheaper clear plastic. Once the door is closed the humidity reading on the units display starts to drop almost immediately, it only takes about 10-15 minutes to drop from around 63% to the set value which I had at 45%. It is easy to set the required relative humidity using the buttons on the top edge of the cabinet. There is also a switch which turns on a strip of led lights at the right-hand side of the cabinet which allows you to view the cabinet contents without opening the door which is useful. The instruction book is fairy clear even though some of the English used is not that good. I bought a small temperature and relative humidity meter and the unit display is always within 1 or 2 degrees and 1 or 2 % humidity of the meter so the display seems to be reasonably accurate. There is a lot of space inside the cabinet I have a DSLR, three mirrorless cameras, one small mirrorless camera and five lens and there is still some space for more equipment. I think it would be good to have a small output heater inside the unit but obviously this would increase the cost and running costs. Only time will tell if having camera equipment in a dry cabinet is worth the expense.

I live in a grade 2 listed property. Humidity has always been an issue I bought the cabinet to reduce fungal growth on my camera lenses. Really works! A great investment

Had to return it as the display was not working but overall the build quality is poor. Too expensive for what it is.

Takes these two cameras and eight lenses…Nikon Z8, z14-24,z24-200,z70-200,z24-120 , z2xTC,.Hasselblad X2D, XCD 21/4, xCD 38v,55v,90vALL these fit.Very impressed with this cabinet. Quality is great too.

Very well packaged and quick delivery. It was quick to set up and is now on a chest of drawers with a lot of my photography equipment in it. Only thing is I think I now need another one...

The seller is very responsive. The first one delivered wasn't working and had to order for a replacement. Although a little over priced, this is one thing I need to protect my camera equipments in this wet weather in the UK!
