Rest N Roll Multipurpose Cart with Seat and Umbrella Attachment

It's a really great concept and the chair seemed very sturdy. The problem is when you sit down on the seat the chair rolls back a little before it stops and made it unsafe. I am 5' 3" and weigh 125 lbs.
