The guitar was good to go with low action out of the box,sounds great and is built very well. It's a beautiful guitar. In my opinion there aint a player on Earth too good for this instrument. Case is ok but would rather have a traditional hard case but overall very satisfied, it's a good value.Shipped promptly.
