Not as described, but they've remedied the issue.
They are double , all came up but blooms are single and small, you may want to change the pic.Update:A great company to deal with, they've offered refund . WIll buy from them again.

The prettiest in the neighborhood.
I have always planted zinnia seeds, whether mine or others, but these are the nicest I have ever had. The neighbors have made sweet compliments and I enjoy them very much.
