Never again
I've used several of pm pills recently that supoosedly helps you burn fat and sleep. This is the last time because this was the worst one. I used Lean PM which works better for me just more expensive. I took this one night. I was up the entire night, groggy and sleepy at work the next am. I had pain in my body and horrible dreams. Everyone's body is different. Not for me. I have trouble sleeping already. This made it worse. After one night it took 7 days just to sleep all night again. Went straight in the trash. Idk what they put in this but won't allow this in my body. Fyi like several reviews with related pills like this, if you have trouble sleeping already this may disturb your sleep. I noticed this was a repeat review from others that has a hard time sleeping. It also gave me horrible nightmares. It just did the opposite. Kept me up all night . Couldn't function at work. I wasn't going to give them a day 2.
