My dog loves it

Clasps could not hold dogs weight or stay in place. One came packaged instead of attached to the backpack and was already broken… wonder why package anyone would package a broken one? I am disappointed.

This is a sturdy and well made carrier but by itself it was heavy and when I put my 13 pound dog into it, it was too heavy for me to carry comfortably. I am also small boned and the carrier kept slipping off my shoulders. The zippers came unzipped due to my small dogs weight. I had high hopes for this carrier for when I biked but when my pup nearly fell out, I was done.

My dog is 15lbs and I am petite. The carrier is a bit big for me I wish the strap that secures around your waist would have a place where you could loop through to keep it tight. Quality is great. I had the smaller size when he was a puppy and loved it. Definitely recommend

I thought the quality was great for the price. The size was perfect for my 2lb chi. However, I want a pack that my dog is front-facing. The design of this made the pack slip off my shoulders. I have to return for this reason

My 14.5 year old Min Pin is no longer mobile but adores a morning walk in this pack. Thanks for making her remaining days better. Only criticism- the stabilizing strap that goes around your waist slips and will not remain snugged. Otherwise, it works well.

My Pekingese is about 16 lbs, I wanted to be able to put him in back pack because he gets tired- he just bulged out the back pack. I liked the back pack and would of kept it but my guy was to big for the large :(

We got this for our older dog who loves a walk but sometimes needs a rest. She is 12 lbs and we got the XL which fits. After a couple of trips in it, she now seems comfortable riding in it. My only two complaints: 1) we ordered the orange and received the pink. We decided not to bother with the environmental waste of exchanging it for our preferred color. 2) I wish the waist strap was just a bit longer. But otherwise, it's comfortable for our dog.

I found all the straps really short, I had to max them right out to get them around my body and I am 5' 9" with athletic build.Also the shoulder strap design makes it really difficult to buckle the straps together when I try to cross them behind my back. The buckle is in the center of my back instead of being lower at my waist.I have a small dog so I got the small size, the fit for his head is good but the pack isn't deep enough for him to sit facing forward. He has to sit sideways and turn his head and he kind of sits on his hind legs and keeps his front legs in the air.A more narrow and deeper design with longer straps and buckles at the bottom of the pack would be much better.

In order to stay on the straps have to criss-cross on the back. This is virtually impossible to do with a wriggling puppy hanging in it. Managed to get her in it twice and she hated it, spent all her time trying to get out. Poor investment for me.

My puppy does not really like being in the back pack. She goes in whenever we feel she is tired walking.

A little too big for my 11lb Miniature Schnauzer pup but she will grow into it. She is very comfortable in it and actually almost fell asleep on our walk! Though I will say the drawstring freaks me out because it strangles her a bit.
