So far so good! Our recent visit from our new house cleaner suggested we get this product so we did and just got it yesterday..its tall FINALLY a tall handle (we are 5.10) but beware its a bit heavy ..my husband tried it out he cleaned some of the granite flooring last night NO streaks FINALLY and clean clean clean. He says its heavier than the swifter but taller and sturdier it seems ...cloth is washable seems high quality and he says the nozzle sprays f a r and it doesn't take many sprays to cleanWe have the hardwood cleaner cartridge and separate cloth for that and will use this mop to accommodate themPrice was a bit high but seems to be worth it of course its day 1 When the cleaning lady comes or after I get well and am able to move again( I had a car accident so not doing anything at the moment) ...I will update you

AMAZING!!!! I have pets and the microfiber pads pick up all of the hair and dirt on the first pass. Most disposable pads you have to pass a few times and change oftin. I love that no matter how much I used the mop I never had to stop to change a pad. When I feel that it is getting too dirty I just throw it in the wash with my cleaning microfibers. Spray is just the right amount and the pad never gets too wet. No wringing or dumping gross water again! No streaks, beautiful shine. Durable enough to really scrub on stuck on food in the kitchen but light enough for my grandmother to carry around. I LOVE this product and find myself wanting to mop! I went from moping 1 a week to 4 or 5 times a week because it is just so fast and fun. (I prefer to sweep first to collect large stuff my dogs leave behind that a microfiber won't grab.) Also it did seem to me to be expensive when I fist ordered it but truly it saves you money by allowing you to reuse pads and fill with whatever solution you prefer unlike a lot of other brands.

It appeared to be too flimsy to be effective.

I have changed this from one star to three stars with a 'work-around'. Bona should make a product that works without having to research how to fix the problem. For the sprayer that quits working, spray WD40 down into the blue holder. Spray/pump the handle a number of times and it starts spraying again. Also, when the bottle sucks in, take a screw driver (be careful not to put a hole in the cartridge) and put pressure on the inside unit it pops back to normal.I have used this product for over a year and now the sprayer sprays once and stops. Would not recommend buying this product.

Purchased this through the recommendation of a good friend and I am so glad we did. We have laminate flooring pretty much throughout our entire apartment. I had no idea how the heck to clean these without ruining them. The Bona saved the day. My floor look immaculate and this tool does not damage or dull them at all. There is no lifting or bubbling. I've been using it for about 2-months now and am beyond impressed with how great this is on my floors. I see some buyers saying this ruining their floors. I believe this may be because they didn't use the laminate floor cleaner solution. Make sure you purchase the one that targets laminate floors and not the one that's targeted towards wood or something. I think if you do that you will obtain the same results we did. Will continue to use. Highly recommend.
