Will the liner hold the sand?
I just got them today. One thing I can say is that the outer covering is well made. My question deals with the liner that you put the sand in. To me, it seems to be nothing more than a zip lock bag. I wonder if the sand will blow threw this bag once I start using it. At first glance.... it doesn't give me much confidence that once you start dropping it here and throwing it in the box to be packed, that the zip lock won't give. To me, it just doesn't look that secure of a way to keep the sand from escaping into the bag itself. I don't plan on filling this up no more than about half to 3/4 of the bag with sand. I guess only time will tell how well this will hold up to basic use in the field.

Excellent product!
Included is a four bag set that includes four heavy duty plastic zip-lock bag inner liners. These sandbags are very well designed. The inner liners are double secured inside the outer covering with both a zipper and a Velcro strip.Measuring a robust 9.5" x 11" when filled, they easily "drape" over tubular or steel angle supports. If one wants, they even include a Velcro wrap to secure them in place for semi-permanent installation. Another good feature is their stitched on, cloth carry handles making them easy to transport, set up and move around.I filled my "sandbags" each with approximately 11lbs of pea gravel instead of sand making them virtually leak proof in the event of a minor puncture. I will be using them to ballast target stands for target shooting. In this capacity, their carry handles and overall size lend them perfectly to quick set up and take down; important considerations in order to minimize inconveniencing other shooters on the firing line.For my purposes, I also like the Hi-Viz orange color.
