With the quick response from the CS team, and their work to resolve my dissatisfaction, I am updating my review. *****Although these look nice, and feel pretty solid (perfect for our root beer floats!) The spoons appear very cheap and not solid for frozen ice cream. Aside from that (because we don’t care about the spoons), one of the three glasses arrived damaged.The damaged glass has a sharp break at the mouth with a 2-1/2” straight break down. Obviously we cannot use it. Only damage is to the original brand’s box. There was no damage to the Amazon box. This was the only item in the Amazon box, which suggests above reasonable doubt, the product was damaged before shipping (looks like a puncture direct to product original packaging). However, I do not want to discredit the product with this.

If you have a private malt shop at home, look no further for serving malted milks. No others compare. Bigger, better and heavier.

These glasses remind me of going to Rexall Drugs' lunch counter for a cherry soda in the 70's. I am using them to make homemade malts. They are heavy duty, pretty, get super cold when chilled and are the perfect size.

I like them, they are really cute and have the look I was going for. They feel really solid, somewhat heavy. They don't seem like they would break easily which is nice because I've broken glasses while just trying to clean them before. They are really big which is what I wanted, and I like the little spoons it comes with too.I used them just the other day to make milkshakes when we had company over and they loved how it looked.

I purchased this for milkshakes for my kids, and the first order arrived with a chip out of it. It was very easy to return and the seller replaced very quickly. Easy to clean and the kids love it.

The Chefcaptain Fountain Classic XL milkshake or ice cream glass is just the right size for a 1950s malt or milkshake and is suitable for ice cream. The glass was advertised as lead-free, which was nice to know.

My grandma wanted some ice cream soda glasses so I got these ones for her and she loves them! She loves how sturdy they are and how big they are! She couldn't be more happy and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice! Not a bad price either considering the very high quality!

The original packaging was damaged, not the outer shipping packaging, therefore I don't think it got damaged in shipping. The original box was torn and the Styrofoam insert was broken. One glass arrived chipped. There was not enough time to return it before the event for which I ordered it, so we used and enjoyed it anyway. I like the design and the glass is sturdy. I don't think it would chip from normal use.

These glasses do the trick, and they definitely have a nice old-fashioned look for milkshakes. But be aware that they are beasts: the 15.5 oz glasses weigh close to 1.5 lbs each (20 oz), and they're really big. I'd recommend, but the smaller size would be better IMHO - you can always top them up.
