Snore Circle Snore Stopper Anti Snoring Device Sleep Aid with APP Records and Analyzes Sleep Datas

I initially liked this device because I had tried their other device called the Earset E4, which worked very well but hurt my ear and I had to switch ears whenever I rolled over. This under the chin option was nice because I didn't have to worry about either of these issues. Problem is that going by their own sync'd data, this chin device is not nearly as effective as the ear device. And, the last few nights I used it, I had trouble with the sticky thing un-doing, which makes it even less effective. I ended up ripping it off one night and replacing it, only for the second one to come undone, mostly, as well. I've since gone back to the Earset, and adjusted the ear clip to where it no longer bothers me. I can live with swapping ears in the night when I roll over. It is always 100% effective at killing "arousals", as they say in the sleep apnea world. I get much better "deep sleep". I cancelled my CPAP machine order.The other issue with this device is that you are forced to buy the sticky pads forever - at .80 each. That's a $25/mo expense. The earset doesn't need those. The company also has a sleep mask version of this, which I will be trying, but given I don't like wearing sleep masks, I'm thinking it won't work out. So it may be the Earset forever. BUT... they appear not to be making these anymore, for some crazy reason. Maybe they want to get you with the sticky pad subscription for life...? Though I don't think the sleep mask needs sticky pads, so.... whatever. All I know is the Earset E4 works much better all around. I love it, actually. Both of these devices are really well made. I really wanted to love this chin one, but... oh well. Back it goes. Better not to deal with the expense and falling-off issue.

While the product does work pretty well, the package came with 8 of the 10 adhesive pads leaking some brown goo. The company is completely unresponsive after 5 days straight of trying to get ahold if them.The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because the hardware actually does what it claims.I am secretly hoping this crappy company goes out of business anyway.

I loved the idea, but I was allergic to the adhesive. I tried moving it around, nothing was working.

The App does not function ....it is in broken english and the account creation doesnt even work so you cannot even use the app. Servers are constantly down (try again) is the message. Read the reviews on Google play...all recent reviews are 1 star.... caveat emptor!!!!!! SCAM ALERT... Everything gets returned.

Device does not work and unfortunately I purchased directly form the company and they will not even reply to an email about returning the device. Total rip off, do not purchase

Device tends to detach

I got mine in December 2020. I purchased it and then saw all kinds of scam warnings. Fortunately I got the device from the company. I think you’re better off to order thru Amazon. I also paid $135 for it. My bad. So I’ve been using it about 5 months and really can’t function without it. I can’t use my CPAP. The doc just ordered a sleep study with the device to see how it works. I don’t use the app that much or combine what I see with Fitbit. I have always had luck with TEnS units and this is working great. I have a definite improvement in health when I wear it. Reduced morning headaches. Diminished lung pain. Sore throat gone.
