Good product and easy to use

The product was functioning for the first 6 months properly. It stopped working one day and I raised a warranty claim. The problems start here.What they won't tell you while purchasing is that the customer has to pay for shipping the replacement. So, I reluctantly paid 250 for shipping replacement of a 1400 rs product.I had returned the machine with all cables and electro pads, only after which they shipped replacement device. The replacement was just a device, without any other accessories. So I reached out to them asking for those. They shipped only cables, without electro pads.This time I again reached out explaining. After a week, they dispatched electro pads. But they sent 2 pads, instead of 4. How do they not know that each device has 4.It has been almost 2 months, and I am unable to even use the device. Please do not buy from this seller.

Just received 4 days ago.Satisfied with the working of the machine.I am using it for my lower back pain and hip joint pain.I will submit my final review after 8 weeks.

The product is good. Its easy to use. But1. The flixible straps were missing. This is helpful to hold the electrodes on legs/hands or even waist without using tape.2. The literature provided was a very technical one and a xerox copy. I though there would be a chart on how to place the electrodes on the body for different types of pain and in different modes ie 2P, 4P and 4PV. But it was not there. So you will have to take professional help on this. Charts available online are for TENS and not for IFT
