My sister has one and it is BEAUTIFUL and that is why I gave the 5 ⭐ rating.My experience is rather odd and a bit frustrating. It was delivered today, earlier than expected, and the outside packaging was not damaged at all; However, the little plastic bag(inside) was taped and I could see that the barcode was already ripped. That's not the kicker.... there was like a broken piece of jewelry in there and NO NECKLACE 😢It was a graduation present for my daughter, and I am pretty upset about it... but I WILL be ordering another one as soon as I talk to their customer service department.I'll update this as soon as I receive the actual necklace & locket!

I bought this for a Christmas present for my 7 year old granddaughter. She’s going to love it. It looks just like the advertised photo. The quality is great. It was a little difficult resizing pictures to fit it but we managed after a couple of tries. I love it and would highly recommend.

My wife LOVED this as a Valentine's Day present! Her only comment was that the necklace was a little bit short. I thought the entire thing was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures but that's OK since it's a locket.My only issue was figuring out how to get the photos the right heart shape and then getting them in there. Here's what I did: I pressed a sheet of paper against the opening to get shape of the small & big heart and then I traced that shape with a pen and then scanned it. Then in Photoshop I selected the inside area & deleted it making a heart shaped hole. Then I put each photo on a layer under that and I was able to size and position the photo how I wanted it in the heart. Then I printed it and used and Xacto to cut the picture out. Then you can use a toothpick or something to press the photo in. It fits pretty good because there is a bit of a lip that can hide your edges a tiny bit.

Got for my daughter in law for Mother's Day and had pics put in and she loves it! Beautiful!

I liked the locket when looked at online. It arrived... no template to cut out the pictures to put in the lockets. To hard to open by me much less our granddaughter who was having her 7th birthday. And the locket was HEAVY. RETURNED.

Nice quality and perfect for a special gift. Came in a box perfect for gift giving.
