Priva Queen Size Zippered Vinyl Matress Protector

I've tried many types of "waterproof" pads, the latest being the kind with terrycloth on one side. The latter may be good enough to prevent minor stains from leaking through to your mattress, but they don't work against a serial bed-wetter. This one does! I use priva pads--also great!--on top of this mattress protector, but that's just to provide an extra layer of cushioning. The material is surprisingly pliable and hardly noticeable under the bed sheet. It's also not bulky and easy to fit in the washing machine, but I usually just wipe mine down.

I purchased this product after reading the reviews. These reviews failed to describe how you can feel the product under your fitted sheet which feels like plastic. It also makes you very hot, makes you sweat, and it sticks to you through your fitted sheet so its hard for you to move at night. I am definitely not impressed with the product. The best mattress protector I ever found was one I purchased at City Furniture for only $10 more.

Excellent mattress protector. I have two elderly yorkie's who sleep with us and unfortunately have recently begun to have occasional accidents in their sleep...ugh. As soon as we discover an accident, we strip the bedding down to the protector, simply wipe the protector down with an antibacterial wipe and re-make the bed with fresh linens & bedding. It's very comfortable sleeping with this protector on. It doesn't feel or sound plastic-ey.This protector is the best quality protector I've ever come across. It gives me peace of mind that our very expensive mattress is safe, clean and dry. I've since bought two more for my daughter's and now I'm ordering another for my tenants bed.

So far this has been a nice purchase, I was iffy with some reviews but honestly it's not terrible. I'm going to be a first time mom soon and I am very worried about the possibility of my water breaking on our new bed, along with the inevitable baby/toddler messing the bed during the night, dumping a sippy cup, or whatever else can possibly happen with a tiny human that's still learning.It's a vinyl top cover with cloth siding like a fitted sheet around your bed. It's barely even "crunchy" by itself but it's definitely silent, it's not like sleeping on a loud plastic bag like some people have claimed.I've decided to layer my mattress covers, because I'm just smart like that(?). I have this vinyl cover, another terry cloth waterproof covering, then a padded mattress cover and then my fitted sheet on top of all that. So there is no "crunch" and my bed is still comfortable to sleep in. Because LAYERS people.Needless to say only time will tell if this final layer of protection against accidents will hold up in the next few years of baby/toddler parenthood I'm about to experience. But I'm assuming it will take a massive mess to destroy 4 layers of protection before penetrating my mattress.

This is my second one. Love it. I have a potty training at home and some accidents have left us racing around to clean up in the night. We purchased a second so when an accident occurs we lift off the top one that trapped the pee and have the other there and just let her sleep on that with new covers. :-) no leaks through EVER!

This one really works. As a mother of teenager with special needs/autism we go through accidents sometimes and this product super protect my expensive mattress. Priva does the job, with this one no liquid goes through. For other parents like myself or elderly people don’t waste your money buying others like I did. Sorry Amazon but I had several disappointments before I buy this waterproof mattress covers from Priva

Perfect. No leaks from my five year old son with autism. He is on an all fluid diet and is not potty trained yet, so you can imagine how he completely soaks his diaper and bedding most nights. This cover is a barrier. We also put the rectangular waterproof pad on top of this at times for added protection. While the pads sometimes leak, this has not!!! It's great!

This is pretty much exactly as advertised! I can’t really feel it under the sheet and haven’t noticed it making me hotter, as some other reviews have suggested. Would definitely be better if it fully enclosed the mattress, but it doesn’t claim to do that, so no complaints.

It's vinyl bonded to polyester fabric. I was looking for something WATERPROOF, due to having a dog who is infrequently incontinent. I think the polyester fabric gives the cover added strength and fit to the bed. If the vinyl detaches from the polyester, it may lose the waterproof feature. Time will tell. It fits well on the bed. I'm happy.

Easy to clean and seems more waterproof than other protector sheets I’ve purchased. The underneath of this one has a more plastic type barrier which I like. I put the sheet on upside down so the vinyl is on top which allows you to just wipe any wet mess without having to wash the whole sheet every time. I recommend this one!

I ordered a king size to fit a queen plus the one inch memory foam I have and there is still lots of room. I wouldn’t recommend for bed bugs but I would for light to heavy bladder leakage. 😊

It protects the mattress very well, was easy to put on and is very thick. Cons...it's hot for sleeping on
