Good powerful portable AC
What I like about this AC is the no drip which means I don't have to route pipe for water from AC.18k BTU enough for small room. Exhuast needs to be vented properly from window. It's little noisy but bearable else go for split AC.

Very noisy, and cooling not as expected
The air flow front panel did not open and closee when ac is put on or closed. Looks like the panel motor is not functioning. After opening is manually the cooling was not great. My 1 Ton from another brand which I bought two years ago has the same performance, if not better. I am returning this as 1.5 ton performance is not shown.

Powerful compressor and fan ..can cool in average small room except need a fan to desipite the hot air upper portion of the room..noise at minimum ...beat the heat 🥵 ..
