At first it seemed to me that the information gathered in this book is quite general “a bit of everything”, but actually I’ve found many tips useful in this book. It explores how the brain operates in varied situations and what is good or what is not that good for high performance. I didn’t read each paragraph in this book, because some of this information I already know at some level or can be said as a “common sense”, nevertheless I may go back in this book in the future to take some useful recommendations.

It doesn't matter what your field is, this book has all the basic information we ALL need in order to have a better understanding of our and others reactions and gives us specific ideas in order to improve the quality of our relationships at work and also at home. :)
