product was not intact/new. it is a refurbished product!
product box is not intact and new.. product is refurbished.. Phone body and battery back cover is not original and so there are uneven bends at the top.. product keyboard makes extra clicking sounds when pressed.. battery of the product fits very tightly and it needs considerable amount of force to insert the battery in the slot.
