Seems really good
(EDIT) April 2022 chair still works fine, no problems at all. The chair this replaced lasted over 10 years so hopefully this will too.================================================================================No problems to report so far after 7 months of ownership. Seems to be high quality, the cushions are thick and bounce back to shape after use and the upholstery is smooth and comfortable and the mechanicals all seem to work fine. My only issue was in the incomplete information of the listing. It seems to be standard to omit the lowest seat height as a dimension but is important for shorter people such as myself. Also the spot where the lift piston fits into the bottom of the chair wiggles a little but doesn't seem to be getting any worse.

Cheaply Made
This chair is cheaply made. The seat back would not stay in an upright position. In addition, when you lean back there is little resistance. We returned it immediately.
