This is the perfect sun hat! It's cute. It packs well. It has a chin strap for the blustery days on the beach or while watching outdoor sports. It washes well on gentle cycle in the machine. After washing, I just roll a hand towel (similar to how a toilet paper roll is formed) and place the crown of the hat on that to air dry and maintain its shape. The little bow adds a touch of femininity. (Which I just press between my thumb and forefinger to shape as the hat air dries after washing.) I get lots of compliments on this hat. Best of all, it protects my scalp, face and neck from sun damage.

This hat is great. It really protects you from the sun. It stays on even in the wind. It has a chin strap and an adjustable drawstring inside. I’ve been wearing for about 2 weeks in the Arizona desert.

I bought this hat because I was going to Las Vegas for a few days on vacation. I wanted something that would protect my face so that I wouldn't have to worry about constantly reapplying sunscreen to my face (although I was for my body). It worked perfectly! Fits well and the little drawstring kept it firmly on my head even when it was windy. It was 103 degrees every day in Vegas but I think this helped me to not feel too hot. It didn't make my head sweat and most importantly it protected my face from the harmful sun rays. It also folds nicely so it was easy to take off and put in my purse when we went inside. Very much recommended.

Because this was such a deep shade of blue, I was worried that the dye would run as happens with newly purchased jeans. The label said handwash, but I put it into my washing machine inside a lingerie bag and used the delicate setting. I air dried it afterwards. That worked very nicely. I threw a couple of Shout-brand color catchers in the machine when I washed it to see if any of the dye ran, but the color catchers came out white, so no worries.

I had previously bought a different sun-protective hat, but I bought this one to match what I was wearing to my daughter-in-law's baby shower which was to be held outdoors. It not only shielded my face, neck, and ears from the sun, but it also offered great protection for my eyes. I find myself grabbing it when I walk to the mailbox or anytime I am going to be outdoors for very long. I highly recommend the hat. The other hat does not come down as far on the sides and does not protect my eyes as much. I have macular drusen, so eye protection is very important to me. I am also very fair-skinned. This hat is great!

Feels really good quality and fits good. It is a lot bigger then I imagined but it’s cute and will definitely protect you from the sun. I got the navy blue it looks black. In the light it looks like a really dark navy.

I use this hat on a daily basis due to managing sun damage on my face. I have traveled with it as well. I love it. It fits well and I'm so thankful for the string that comes with it so you can secure it under your shin to keep it from flying away. It does a great job of sheltering your face from the sun. My only wish is that it come in a variety of bright colors. I just bought the tan one because the navy color can get a little warm. The navy blue is still my favorite. It can be dressy. I've gotten many compliments on this hat.

I ordered the M size for 54cm head circumference.I just opened it and tried it on.It's looks lovely,Very conformable,And definitely adjustable size and has the string to keep it on your head in case it's windy.The material is very nice as well.The rim of the hat is adjustable as well.I lifted up the front and left down on my neck the back of the rim.The sun protection, I do not know yet but seams it will be fine.

Looks pretty in the picture but it's so unflattering I think I will just wear it whilst gardening. I like it folds but then I have to steam it everytime to actually wear it.The brim is very floppy and the other part of the hat has a strange shape to it. I've tried everything to make it look pretty.My husband commented that it looked like I was going to a Bush tucker trial and I should hanging corks off. To sum it up This is an ugly hat and the one in the picture is definitely a different hat.

I have three of these hats! They keep the sun out of my eyes and off my face and neck - adjustable chin-string keeps hat on head even in windy weather. Looks okay, too. Has wire in brim, so you can fold it whichever way you want, and it packs flat. One of the best buys I've had from Amazon!

The hat is flattering & protects well from the sun. It is well made of quality fabrics & because of the detachable chin strap it does not blow off in windy conditions. As someone who has been advised to wear hats to avoid further skin cancer this hat is a great addition to my wardrobe. I love it.

Hat is as shown in the picture. Fits well and is quite versatile in that you can fold up the edges to give the edges a curved look or bend up the sides etc. Wanted a hat that shaded my whole face and it does this.
