Will fit in a book nook kits
I got the Hedwig theme music box to go inside I miniature kit that was magic themed that did not include a music box but had a spot for one. The music box was so perfect that I ordered a second one for a book nook kit that I was customizing for my nephew. The music box fit perfectly. It only needs three screws to install it and the screws are included. Highly recommend this music box.

i put the music box in a Christmas miniature house and it works great, also very affordable.

Was perfect
At first i was disappointed with sound level it produced. It's really quiet before you install it. But once I got it installed into the enclosure it rang out loudly. Depending on the enclosure you use you might want to baffle some of the open space to bring down the volume a little. It really worked well for me overall. And would buy another if the need arises.

Wrong item
Ordered 3, 2 were the correct and sounded beautiful, 1 was a mispick. But whatever that song was, it was nice lol, so not taking stars off for a simple mistake. They will fit perfectly for my spilay mini houses.

Exact replacement
Used it to replace an old broken one. So I took it apart and I put the old music drum on the new one it works and sound beautiful again.
