Customers pics are accurate. It's a very sturdy, unique/striking piece
(Update to below review), Increased rating to 5 Stars as seller mailed me the screws needed within about 8 days/referenced below & followed up w/a text alerting me mailed out priority mail as well. ------Nice product, great addition to garden. Waiting to see if 2 screws & bolts had to call about (per letter insert to pls. contact them 1st as they'll be happy to "make it right". So rating will go up if receive soon (today is day 6). I called them directly per request, left detailed/friendly message & all got back was a text : "Send pics of missing screws". Sent several pics as sending pic of a missing screw can be a challenge w/out removing 1 (I sent several various pics of what's missing & it assembled & thanked them). Was expecting something close to "Glad to hear you like product, apologize for any inconvenience & are shipping you the screws & bolts asap to ensure 100% satisfaction" (like package insert indicated). But got was another text simply stating "will ship screws". Hoping he/they are just bust building more quality garden pieces & just not a Customer Service rep. avail. there to share when I may expect them. It's only day 6 since requesting & we are in different time zones, - I just don't want to forget about in case doesn't arrive as no indication how/when sending, but I'll wait & see. The stakes to keep the piece in the ground are far sturdier than anticipated, reassuring it will stay in place without the missing screws, but naturally want all to keep it intact as long as possible. Really do love the trellis/garden art product though & it looks to be a far more expensive piece than it is. It has a natural aged finish so not remotely concerned if rust eventually develops either and appears will last for a very long time.

Stunning Garden Sculpture
I had landscaping done in my front yard on one side of the sidewalk leading to the front door and a cottonwood tree removed on the other side of the sidewalk. The landscaping was wonderful, but the other side of the sidewalk was unbalanced against it. After a great deal of search, I found the H Potter Lotus Bud Garden Trellis. My intent was not to use it as a trellis, but as garden sculpture. This piece is tall--about five feet tall--and three-dimensional, so it works well as sculpture. It is also substantial. I do not have it in a pot as depicted, but on the ground. It has long positioning/stabilizing rods that go into the ground as well as a crisscrossed base for further stability. I have the base covered with mulch and some small boulders positioned in front of the piece. It's stunning. The piece was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It did require assembly. Having an extra pair of hands is important to the assembly process. Trying to assemble it alone would be frustrating. But if you have someone to work with you, it is relatively easy to assemble. This is really a lovely piece and it is safe to say that there is nothing else remotely like it in my neighborhood . . . where it has been admired by those living close by as well as passers-by.

Lovely garden sculpture with a few assembly issues for me
I am very happy that I purchased this trellis/sculpture and I want to share a bit of my experience to help others. I am a 66 year old woman who is not terribly handy, but also not inept. I found I needed to use my dolly to move the boxed product around. It was too heavy for me to move very far without it. I was able to put it together myself, with an electric screwdriver, but it took me a couple of hours. This comes with a diagram, but no instructions. I think adding instructions would not hurt. It took me awhile to realize that it had come with the pieces mis-numbered. It was not too hard to figure out where the pieces went because of the pre drilled holes, but, that took some time to sort out. It is also wrapped with devilishly tight plastic wrap that I had to wrestle with. It was worth the effort, however. I am delighted with its presence in my garden! Oh, one more thing, you might want to live with it for a bit before you stake it down. This trellis is visually dynamic and shifts and changes with your perspective. So, you might want to orient it to best take advantage of that. Wonderful product!

Very sturdy, easy to assemble and attractive!
I have spent a fair amount of money buying trellises for my clematis, they have been a disappointment, until this one. It is large giving lots of room for the plants to climb and sturdy enough not to lean or come apart from the weight of the plant. So it may look like it cost more than others, but I think over time it is a good value.

More stunning than the picture and extremely well constructed.
Absolutely gorgeous. Heavy duty, constructed well. And unique in a fantastic way. Am back to buy a second one. This is LARGE and heavy and can be put together by one person albeit it's easier if that person is an octopus. My 11yo daughter and I assembled it in about 15mins.Personally I threaded all nuts on the bolts and then tightened them at the end. Gave me a little wiggle room in case a hole wasn't lined up perfectly.Worth every penny. The nicest garden structure I've ever purchased.

Fantastic piece
Piece was very easy to install. It took about 30 minutes. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the screw holes on the last piece did not line up. I think the wrong piece was sent. At any rate, my husband will get a metal bit and drill new holes to attach the final piece. In the meantime, we have zip tied it and it looks fantastic in the garden.

Very sturdy
This is the sturdiest trellis I have ever purchased. It is attractive and they even include spikes to drive into the ground. The upper pieces just wouldn't line up. We finally realized they were labeled wrong. The A should have been B and vise versa. After that it was a breeze. I will be buying another one.
