Overpriced, and ball mount is non-standard size
Overall quality is fine. The reason I paid the extra $15 over the Daystar mount is to get that ball to mount a phone on. Most phone mounts use a standard size ball. This one is bigger than that. I have a wireless charger phone mount. I wanted that feature, otherwise I would've just bought the mount that's available with this tray. In order to make it fit, I had to sand the ball way down. It works now, but range of motion isn't very good. In hindsight, I'd have just bought the less expensive Daystar mount and found a way to attach a standard-size ball mount to it. $35 is too much for a plastic tray.

Rugged Ridge 13551.18 Dash Mount
2005 Wrangler Rubicon. Had it installed in less than 10 minutes, was super easy. Didn't come with a phone mount, and I didn't care for the one that came with the bundle edition so I bought a separate one. I have a Nexus 6P, so a rather large phone. This mount along with the phone mount works pretty good, and I have no complaints thus far. I have hit multiple bumps and everything to try to jar my phone out of the holder, or break it, and it holds like a champ. The deep cavity to store things is also a great improvement for my model, as the tray built in tray was shallow and would never hold anything when taking turns or hitting bumps.

Deceiving product
It does NOT come with cell phone holder or GPS/Camera holder even though it says it does in the description and in the Q&A section. I would not have bought this if I had known. The box it comes in clearly states it doesn't come with the cell phone holder but on here it says it does.Very deceiving seller/manufacturer details!! >:(

Finally secure
I drive a 2003 Jeep Wrangler, absolutely none of the sticky back adhesive mounts have worked worth a darn. This screws into the dashboard, inside the small "cup" in the middle of the dash. I took out the rubber mat that's in there and saved it. Should I ever decide to remove the mount, the rubber mat will cover the 4 small holes.
