I tried these as a recommendation from Hungry Girl. I purchased the variety pack; all flavors were good but the chocolate flavors were the best. I also liked you can control the consistency by how much liquid it is added. They are low in calories and high in protein. I recommend this product.

Convenient, single serve Protein Shake packets. Smooth texture (not grainy/gritty), tastes good. Exactly the same as Livea and Slimgenics, (down to nutritional content and packet material) at a much better price.Boxes are always squished & mangled because they ship in a bag, but haven't had damaged product (no torn packets) yet.

OK, it's not a full fat milkshake from your favorite diner, but it tastes good, is filling and is only 100 calories.

Bland and Not much flavor it seems that the puddings and shakes taste the same. Not worth it at all! I'd rather pay for for optavia and have better taste.

These are delicious and satisfying!

Due to a medication I have no appetite, this product has saved me many days when I just needed to get some nutrition in! I have it as a pudding and it doesn’t have a weird taste or aftertaste. I have not tried it as a shake. My doctor recommended and I will buy again.

These taste really good and do not have any chalk after taste or grittiness. They are a little pricey but I think the taste makes it worth it.

Update: the strawberry is nasty with waterAnother update: the orange tastes like an emergen-c pack 🤮I'm not a fan of chocolate. But this multi flavor pack came with three or four different chocolate flavors. And they're actually really delicious! Couple of them I put in just straight water, the other ones that I wasn't quite sure about like the dark chocolate and the mocha I added to almond milk and added a little bit of French vanilla flavoring and it's so creamy and so delicious. I'm not finding any issues with it clumping at all. It goes down easy, and I have noticed that it helps with my snack cravings. No idea if it'll help with weight or not, that's not a concern of mine right now. All I know is I haven't picked up a snack in a few days.

I wouldn’t know what it taste like it was out of date so please do not purchase this item I won’t get my money back unless I return item which I’m not doing it’s went in the bin feeling angry 😠
