Perfect way to remember a loved one
I purchased two of these necklaces for family friends, who lost their mother right before Christmas items. Got to my house just in time for the funeral home to get the prints before burial.When I sent it, I left a short message asking if they could possibly rush this order as I would like it for Christmas. The return would take 4 to 6 weeks. They only had a week and a half before Christmas. Dan unfortunately did not make it by Christmas but directly after, and I couldn’t have been more happy. I don’t blame them for them not getting here by Christmas as they definitely rushed them. Anyways, it took a lot less time than it would’ve typically taken as I know that we live in a very small town and getting a few things to us always takes longer than normal.They turned out, absolutely wonderful. Only hesitation I had was the chain was extremely into and I did not trusted so we did have to buy a stronger chain. I did not want to risk the chance of losing a precious, sentimental item.

The whole process took about 6Full weeks.This is an amazing product! A great gift! And a great memory. I gave my kit to the funeral home and they were happy to make a print of the deceased. I am so happy I did it!

Easy to make
I have 5 of these pendants a print from each grandchild, made a necklace out of them. I get lots of compliments on it. Love that I have a little bit of them with me when I wear it.

The size is actually very small. In the picture the fingerprint has a space all around it. The one we received does not and the initials on the back are not well defined and also VERY small. In addition the flimsy chain provided looks like one you would find in a dollar discountstore. I was very disappointed in this highly overpriced item and would definitely not recommended purchasing it!

Excellent customer service
My husband got me two of these kits, one for each of our children's fingerprints. I am so pleased with how they turned out. My advice: be sure you are happy with how the clay looks before you send it in, and leave some space around the edge. I would also recommend replacing the chain that is sent with one that is more durable. Received the pendants back very quickly.
