Great knife at a great price
Great knife! Really happy with it. Super smooth and quick. I like that it’s not spring assisted bc those can fail and then they’re trash but this one is super solid and almost feels like it is spring assisted even though it’s not. Bought it for an upcoming hiking trip but immediately started using it as my every day carry. Also, super sharp right out of the box. Very happy with this purchase and have already recommended it to others. Smooth action:Like butterBuild quality:Very sturdyWeight:Light weight but still feels sturdy Size:Perfect sizeLook:It’s cool looking

Highly recommended for the following reasons
If I only had one every day carry knife then I think this would be it. Razor sharp, easy fast opening thanks to the flipper, a solid liner lock that is still easy to close with one hand, light without a gram of unnecessary weight and a point that gives precision ability when necessary. And it also holds an edge really well due to the steel alloy of the blade. All in all, it is beautiful in appearance, form and function and a great value compared to what other comparable knives tend to cost.

The quality of every working mechanism added to this knife
Bought this knife to test it out, not knowing much about the brand or what to expect in terms of quality and durability — and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. The blade is high-quality, razor-sharp, and beautifully finished. The knife itself has a sleek, attractive design and feels excellent in hand. What really surprised me is how well-built and precisely aligned it is; it opens so smoothly and quickly, it doesn’t even need an assisted opening mechanism.Honestly, this kind of craftsmanship and smooth action is something I usually only see in top-tier brands like Benchmade or Microtech. I’m amazed.

Not bad
Decently sharp out of the box. Looks good, feels good in the hand. Doesn’t open super fast.

Well priced, good quality knife!
This knife has good fit and finish, the belt/pocket clip seems strong and secure. The blade tip & edge are nice and sharp, definitely sharp enough for what you will need in a pocket knife. Blade action is smooth and locking position seat’s strongly, for the price of some of these outrageously expensive pocket knives that aren’t even 100% handmade. This is a good, realistically priced product that doesn’t break the bank.

Super cool knife!
This knife is solid & light in weight for its size. I really like the shape of it & it is a smooth operating opening.Highly recommend if you are into a uniquely great knife. The jade scales are excellent & very nice in hand. They make this knife a looker as well.Might be a little much as a daily pocket carry. Personally, I stow mine where it’s handy in my tote bag. There is nothing distracting from this being a solid 5 Star rating unless light in weight is not your thing. It might could use a little more heft, but not enough to change it from a 5.I say try it out. I did & for me it’s a keeper!

Experimental Steel
Decent knife so far. I mostly purchased it to use and test the AR-RPM9 steel for the first time. I also liked the black blade and color combos offered with the new steel as well as it resembling my favorite style of knife. The steel seems decent-ish through mild use. I've put it through a few weeks of breaking down variable thickness cardboard, used it for food prep and most importantly, sharpened it to a mirror polish. As far as ease of sharpening and stropping, general edge holding and level of polish goes, it reminds me a lot of Sandvik 14C28N, which I am a fan of in and amonst the budget steel options. Honestly, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if this proprietary mystery steel was just the Sandvik formulation with a little extra carbon added (rather than the mystical budget hybrid of 14C28N and D2. I know it's supposedly made through the mystical Crucible Particle Metallurgy process but honestly I've always found 14C to be a fairly excellent user steel to begin with. Not sure them if the CPM process helped it in any way I can tell as an end user.Time will tell more.Though some described the black coating as a DLC type affair, it's actually closer to just matte black paint. So expect this to wear and chip during the lifecycle of the knife.Ergonomically I picked the Gobi as being similar to my favorite pattern of knife, the traditional Roach Belly knife used for cutting paper patches for blackpowder shooting. Though it's pretty old school (much like some persian-style blades) I find this pattern of knife excels at slash cuts, food prep and utility work. This seemed like a good folding equivalent and so far it seems that I wasn't far off that mark. It has the ergonomics I'm looking for but I can see it being hampered by the thick blade stock and lack of thinness behind the edge. On the good side, the scales are radiused, chamfered and comfortable overall. Though the grip is long enough to fit all four it's a little too narrow to be comfortable. The pocket clip being on the very end doesn't do it any favors there either. The weight also seems heavy for its size, probably due to the lack of any reduction cuts in the liners. Though it's below the 4 oz. threshold I still feel the Gobi in pocket a lot more than most. All in all so far, it's a mixed bag.10/19/2021 Edit: I've already stopped carrying this as much due to the weight, lack of comfort, the thickness of the blade making it a poor slicer and the black coating (which is indeed just crummy paint) coming off all at once through the most basic use. This was my first CJRB and unfortunately it didn't set my world on fire.As far as my quest for the perfect trailing point goes, the Civivi Lazar seems to be a much better choice so far.

Great style. Sharp and good-handling pocketknife.
This is one of my favorite every day carry knives. It has a great shape, the blade is outstanding and the flipper works perfectly.
