So I put these in my platform Birkenstock style shoes because my toes kept hitting the outer rim and this fixed the whole problem!!! I didn’t even know these existed until I told my problem to ChatGPT and it recommended these foot pads. I was hesitant as I don’t like shoe inserts or padding in my shoes but I’m so glad I got these. They’re thin too so they don’t add too much height or cushion to the point where you even notice they’re there, they just add enough to fix the problem. Also, my shoes are a 9 and I’m usually an 8.5. Everyone said to size up so I did. They were slightly big - perfect with socks on. These cushions now just fixed that issue too! They also still fit with socks on and aren’t too snug. Super happy with these. Easy to install too and very sticky. They won’t come off! Highly recommend.

I have been buying these for years and they are my go to for providing just the right amount of cushion and preventing my foot from sliding forward in heels. They live in my sneakers, boots and heels, and I highly recommend them.

After using for awhile in one foot of a bootie and in both feet of a pair of shoes , I am very pleased with this product.
