Bought via Subscribe and Save which is perfect to avoid forgetting to order.Has the perfect vitamin mix for me and especially pleased that the manufacture included VitK also. I am also happy that they are Vegan and don't contain loads of fillers. Pill bottle perfect small size.I have a deficiencies in B12 and D3 which will be checked in six months, so I will update.

I recently purchased vitamin B tablets for a very close family member who has been feeling very tired for random reasons and has seen drops in energy. After adding these B vitamins into their daily routine, I have noticed a big boost in their energy levels and always in battle mode.I will add for many who doesn’t know much about vitamin B and why it is vital. vitamin B plays a major role in transferring food into energy and helping the brain function, developing new blood cells. Personally for me it’s really been a suprise. that these B vitamins have had a huge spike on family members health. Not only has my family member been more happy throughout the day, it’s great to see but they have also been more focused and sleep patterns have improved dramatically.

I like these because they are quite small and easy to take. It is too soon to comment on the effectiveness but I am hoping for an increase in energy levels. They seem to be quite good value for money.
