The mug is beautiful and the set makes great tea
This mug with tea infuser and lid was a Christmas gift for my British girlfriend. She was delighted. It looks beautiful and comes in an attractive box. It is well designed for making a proper cup of tea. The lid keeps the tea hot while steeping. It has a little "notch" in it for the handle of the infuser. The lid also serves as either a coaster or a tea bag holder. It's a bit expensive but worth it for tea lovers.

Made a great gift
My daughter loves Starry Nights and she had this on her wish list. It is beautiful and it has a strainer for the tea and a lid to help keep tea warm. She was really happy with this gift.

A delightful all-day coffee mug
I favor the McIntosh Old Masters coffee mug for creative writing throughout the day. It holds a generous 10 ounces of coffee, with room for cream, and is very comfortable to the hand and wrist while I'm at my keyboard. Lightweight and beautiful, it also comes with a brewer basket for loose tea and a lid that holds the heat and doubles as a caddy for the tea basket. When mine broke, I immediately went online to find a replacement. Such a pleasure to find I can order them through Amazon.

Adorable and very Practical
I bought this as a Christmas gift and the recipient absolutely loves it, especially the lid/coaster. He used to previously put a napkin or some other random lid to cover his hot beverages, now he has a classy and elegant cover, that stays in place when transporting hot liquids. No spillage!

it is a very beautiful cup
I love the design, the lightness, the smoothness and the gift box. The lid is a very useful feature in my case since I only brew whole leaf tea. The stainless steel basket is not the best part of this set, not in a criticizing sense, but just because the other parts stand out more, but it is useful too.
