Indera Youth Union Suit

I'm a 5'5" male, 135 pounds and small framed (okay, I hear you, knock off the laughing). It's because I'm small framed and 5'5" I figured I'd try the X-lrg size on this item. ALMOST everything fits fine, with the exception of the "torso". Not a fault with the item, as it was my choice.A return won't be needed, as I still really like this 'union suit'. After a washing I simply tug on the spots, and it works. Once I get into a warm bed, with my wife and our two dogs, and our 3 of 5 cats, ... I turn on my late night radio, and I'm snuggled in for the night. I DID order this same item in an adult small, the fit is better with some room to grow as for the length.So my review on this item is a positive, ... the YOUTH should work for anyone, male or female, ... 130 pounds and under, small frame and no greater than 5'3" in height, otherwise, the torso may be a problem, ... but just stretch the 'suit', it will work.but depends if one is wearing any undergarment under it. This IS a Union Suit after all, and not a pair of pajamas.The material is soft and warm, will stretch. Good retention of the all wrist and ankle cuffs Has been washed at least 4 times, ... no problems with buttons or fraying, torn or separating seams. The suit is quite warm when lounging in temps of the low 60's. The SINGLE BUTTON vertical butt flap works provided attention is paid to ones anatomy during it's use. For we males. the use of the front buttons is obvious.Excellent Union Suit for the price, mine fits semi-snug. If one wants a roomy fit, ... get the next size up. This is an excellent light to medium weight union suit,

I purchased this for our son with autism. He rides a special van for transport to/from a private autism school. Unfortunately he has many undesirable behaviors and wears a harness for safety. During his trips to/from school, little Houdini was taking his diaper off and pretty much throwing it at the van driver which was quite annoying as well as unacceptable. Thank goodness for the van company as we discussed ways to avoid this situation and we came up with having my ds wear this union suit under the harness and it has worked however the product is thin and cheaply made. I hang dry so it will last longer. I cannot in good conscience recommend this product. We did buy 3 other union suits and they were much more costly but worked well and were much thicker in material making them more suitable. If you want thin cheap material then these are for you.

They seem quite nice, but they are much smaller than I was lead to believe. They should have a sizing chart. They don't, so I went by the answer to one of the questions about size that said a small fit someone who was 5'2". WRONG! A small is a youth size 6-8, way to small for my daughter who is 5'2", and her sister who is 5'. This is part of their Halloween costumes (Thing 1 & Thing 2), so I'm thankful that we ordered them a bit in advance!I'm attaching a pic of the sizing chart from the package. I hope this helps others to not do what I did!

I am a 5'1, ~110 lb person who bought this to wear at home. I ordered the Large, since I was afraid the XL would be too big. It fits all right as is, but I could do it again, I would probably go with the XL since the torso is a bit too short for me. That was obviously my error and not the manufacturer's however.Overall, the style of the suit is what I was looking for. The fabric is soft and comfortable, but it's a lot thinner than I thought it would be. It's like a T-shirt material. It definitely won't keep you warm or anything, but it's all right just for wearing around or sleeping in.

Bummer that it was too small in the torso. Have long waisted kids. My 6 year old can wear the size I got for my 12 year old. Had to order another size for my 12 year old. I did follow the listed sizing chart. My kids are very thin and tiny. They love them though.

I purchased 3 of these, within days buttons fell off left and right, the fabric is extremely thin (I realize people purchase this as a base layer but it’s very thin!) it stared to get holes within a week! I ended up throwing them away because I got tired of mending buttons and sewing holes. For $20 I’m not expecting super high quality, but this was way below standards.

I washed this before giving it to my son to wear. When I took it out of the drier, were noticed the seam on the inner leg had 2 holes in it, before he has even tried it on. It looks like a mouse chewed on it. The material is rough and is very thin, and it frays more every time I look at it. This belongs in the trash, but I'm going to have to waste my time taking this to the post office and pay for shipping if I want a refund from Amazon.

On the face of it these are a nice product. Kids looked cute in them for the ten seconds they wore them. Unfortunately, they found the seems to be very irritating and took them off immediately and refused to wear them again. Upon inspection, there is a clear plastic strip stitched into some of the seems, for strength I'd imagine, but these rubbed and jabbed their skin and obviously irritated them well beyond being able to comfortably sleep in them. Big let down.

My son loves his union suit, he wears it almost every night. I purchased 2, now when one is in between washes, he has his favourite pajamas.

Buen material, pero las medidas son para niño desde los 6 años. Les falta tener una tabla de medidas que viene impresa en el empaque.
