Die Werte an meinem Messgerät waren ohne und mit Abschirmgewebe exakt gleich hoch.Leider hatte ich zu großes Vertrauen in das Produkt, sodass ich es mir bereits auf die richtige Größe zugeschnitten habe und nun natürlich nicht mehr zurückschicken kann. Ärgerlich.

I use this under a 100% cotton bedsheet. To connect it to earth I lay it over an earthing mat. Although the earthing mat would probably be sufficient on its own, I wanted a larger area and its definitely made a difference. The first night I had lots of vivid dreams but that settled down and now I have the most amazing deep sleep.It does need hemming at the edges to stop it fraying. I washed it by hand and it dried by itself within an hour or so.Much better value than the fitted sheets. Fantastic.
