I researched this product before purchasing. I reviewed the information that Amazon provided and did a little more research on my own before purchasing. At no point did Amazon or 310 Shake provide allergy information. I checked the ingredients online and it did not list any nuts or potential allergies. I received my package today and had a shake. The labeling on the back of the package was damaged (assuming from UPS leaving the package outside my house in the rain). The box was soaked and consequently, the label was in poor shape on the actual package. I had a shake and had an immediate allergic reaction. I learned that it has coconut in it. This should be clear on the labeling, on their website, and through amazon! Nut allergies are fairly common and life threatening. I had to take medication to treat (after only 1 sip). Amazon can not give me a refund. They contacted the seller and said I have to wait for a response from them.

Taste is PHENOMENAL....PERIOD!! One of the best tasting shakes I’ve ever had. Coming from someone who has been drinking protein shakes since the mid 90s when they tasted chalky and like medicine. Lol. One down side....WAYYYY too much sodium. 400mg per scoop. If they could get that sodium down to 100mg or so like most other brands it would be a perfect powder.

I wanted to post this for people on the fence.I am 47, I have 5 children, and after having my daughter 7 years ago ( I changed my chemistry to finally have a girl after 4 boys), my body has never been the same. I went form quick fat burning, high metabolism, high energy, naturally slim, to major weight gain in my mid section, thighs and arms. NOT like me or liked at all. I have tried EVERY DIET ON THE PLANET, given I am not overweight, I have very tough places to lose weight. I am also hypoglycemic and my body changed to the point that I cannot eat sugars or digest them well. Over a year ago I went gluten free to balance my body, and at the same time I cut out sugars, both real and artificial in an attempt to resolve my leptin and insulin resistance. SO....long story shortened. I awoke one morning with a message saying, Just try shakes! You're too busy to figure meals and the like." WIth that I researched meal replacement shakes and easy peazy format to follow. I found 310. I ordered 14 serving packages of Vanilla, Chocolate and Caramel to start. Well....this is what happened. My son, 18 years of age, entering the Marines, on keto decided to try them, as did my diet resistant husband who is a carbaholic. Now I will be ordering the 28 servings of those and possibly more.No after taste...absolutely scrumptious!Mixed by self with almond milk, water or heavy cream ORMixed with milk, fruit, coffee and/or ice for a frappe'NOT hungry! No sugar drops! No worries! Body clears daily!I wake up ON MY OWN before my scheduled time!I am NOT TIRED! I HAVE ENERGY!!! TO WORK OUT!!!!I cannot say enough about this product.-I eat 2 shakes a day...breakfast and lunch or dinner with one balanced meal of meat and veggies. I stay away from carbs for the most part but do not exclude veggies based on that.- I have made several flourless dessert recipes using pitted dates that fit nicely in after breakfast and lunch, tiding me over and making me feel less depleted.-I drink coffee, tea, and water all day long. I have cold and hot teas, and only add half and half to my coffee. No sugars unless they come naturally in the fruit I eat. I cannot believe it.NOW...my husband who is diet-resistant decided to jump on board. I have been on for 6 days now. I can see and feel the weight loss/changes happening, but have not lost on the scale. That is fine. The reasoning, I believe, is that my body is finally resetting to where I used to be. My metabolism is CRANKIING as of today and I finally feel that heat again (Not a hot flash, as I am done with that). My husband has been doing this 4 days and has lost 4 pounds. He is 6'4" and has a bit of weight to lose, but he is also stoked. Eats the same as I do, and is NEVER hungry.I just wanted to share in case anyone was attempting to figure out a life change and was considering this product. It is awesome. And it is something I can get in the habit of for a lifestyle.

This product has B6 as pyridoxine which I am very allergic too as it turns out. It gives me awful throbbing headaches and tingles all over. I very much with that they made this without the pyridoxine because it is not naturally forming from B6.Too bad, because other then that I loved the creamyness and the taste, but I cant not handle the sensory Overload and the throbbing migraines. I'm still detoxing the effects of it out of my system.

I’m so angry 310 shakes was annoying with the advertisements on Instagram so I decided to give it a try and to my surprise it was gross,, like not even tolerable and I had my fair share of nasty shakes but this one is awful, and it doesn’t even taste like chocolate and I wasted my money

I didn’t like this product. Not a great flavor nor is it thick, even when blended with ice. This, alone, will not help you lose wait until you cut back on calories. I wasn’t full after drinking it.

I have been using 310 Nutrition for about 6 weeks. I wanted to try the organic vanilla and am so happy I did. The flavor is amazing, so creamy!!!
