Been on for just over a week. Reduced dose to one capsule as felt jittery (although that could very well be due to my condition! I felt like I was extra jittery), on one capsule I feel like they have done everything they’ve claimed. I just seem to manage things abit better. Possibly placebo effect 🤷‍♀️ But as they are vitamins can only be good to take. So I’d recommend on my experience.

I did find that I had to up the dose to 4 tablets to get the benefit. Found myself more calmer with better energy and performance. This may be different person to person so that’s just my experience.
