Is it the same size as a normal helmet or is it smaller?

It's the same size. In replica helmets, they don't have protective padding inside of the helmet. Spend extra $100 to get the full size helmet.

Typical adult size helmet. Completely unpadded.

is the helmet same size like what the players wear or is the helmet smaller

This is a replica edition... there is no interior padding.

Can you wear for a short time? i know it’s not made to wear and it’s for snow. but if i were to use to for a halloween costume…would it be okay ?

No it would not be OK because inside the helmet it has a plastic cover where it prevents you from putting on the full helmet unless you rip that out I wouldn’t suggest it but you couldn’t wear this helmet whatsoever it’s only for display
