So I was excited to start this product with the hope it would help with my hair, but no less than four days into starting these supplements, I developed intense headaches, dizziness and vomiting!One week after stopping the supplement I appear to have onset Gynecomastia, I am not happy and warn other men out there who are considering these supplements!

I can't say I noticed any improvement in the quality of my hair, taking the reccommended dosage for 3 months.....the one thing I did notice was that these supplements made me feel extremely nauseous, almost to the point of being sick. I modest amount (if any) new hair growth wasn't worth that feeling for me. I should also add that for some reason these things smell absolutely awful too. Never again.
