I have other similar brands and this one is the thinnest, which I like. I see other reviewers commenting on how to dim this light, but it is definitely not dimmable...with remote or otherwise, they are mistakenly reviewing dimmable models...fyi. Note: there is nothing in the one-page instructions on how to change the color temp, only light install...but in the Amazon ad photos, one image points out the tiny little hole in the back with the tiny little 3-position switch to change the 'temp'...

When I want to work on a project that requires attention to small details, I need plenty of light. This LED light delivers. I installed the first one in my Den. Now I can see fine details in my projects, whether I'm soldering, painting models, or examining things under a magnifying glass. Most other times, I don't need the bright light, so I partially dim the light (with remote control) and adjust the color as desired. This is great for using the computer, or watching a movie. I was so impressed that I bought 3 more for other rooms. I bought a 36 watt square one (different brand) for the living room. Now there's plenty of light for cleaning the rooms, and dimmable for other activities. The bright blueish light helps with those of us who have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). It really cheers the place up.Some people have asked it this light is dimmable and some answers say no. This needs clarification. Yes, this is absolutely dimmable. You do this with the remote control. You do not use a dimmable light switch. Use a standard on/off switch, or a non-dimmable smart switch like Wemo.If you have experience changing home lights, switches, and outlets, then you won't have any trouble with this. Otherwise, get someone with electrical knowledge to install it for you.

I really love this light fixture. I bought it back in December 2022 and a year later I still love it.!! It was very easy to install, I have it in the kitchen and I am wondering why it took me so long to change the old fixture.! There is no window in the kitchen, so this is great for any time of the day, maybe a bit bright at night, but I like that.! It also fits flush to the ceiling.!I 100% recommend it and yes, I would buy it again.!

I used this in dining area of kitchen with a dimmer. It was also used in hall and master closet. It is very bright which is a good option but not needed all the time. I would definitely install with a dimmer in all locations. Very simple but classy and frame can be painted color of your choice

This light is easy to install and the included mount bracket will work with standard ceiling boxes -- no need to use the included drywall anchors. The bracket allows the light to be installed tight to the ceiling and the low profile is great for low ceilings.The body and lens appear to be made of quality materials. It does not look or feel "cheap."The lamp does not use standard color wiring for the U.S. market -- it uses blue for the neutral (white wire) and brown for the hot (black wire.) There is no ground wire on this lamp.It has an adequate light spread in a small room and the 24 watt lamp is reasonably bright. In my search for LED ceiling lamps. I have found that any wattage under 24 watts, i.e. 18 watts, and you will likely be disappointed with the brightness of the LED lamp.The lowest color setting is very yellow. The mid setting is supposed to be 4000 k, but it is a little more yellow than other LED lamps that I have that claim a 4000 k setting. The highest color setting is very white, and it feels rather "sterile."I would buy this product again.

Put two of these in a 25 ft long, 3 ft wide hallway. At the high temp setting it is almost to bright for the application and somewhat uncomfortable to look at directly. One minor objection is that in order to change the temp setting you have to dismount the unit - it is not difficult and I suppose they put the switch inside for esthetic reasons, but I would have preferred it to be on the outside.

I ordered 2 of these light and am not disappointed. Fairly east to install might need a helper to hold the light up while you do the wiring.The worst part was no instructions for the remote control operation or set up. You have to turn the light off and back on again. as soon as you do that you hit the set-up key on your remote. The light will go off and on to let you know you were successful. The rest of the learning curve is trial and error

No instruction with either lamp for setting up the remote. It does show the power on light, but nothing with any of the controls.
