the button are very unreliable. if they fail, there is nothing stopping from having a very bad fall.they do not lock when the ladder is retracted which makes it very difficult to pull the ladder at a certain height. You pull up, one side pulls more than the other, then you try to hold it to pull from the other side as well, then it does not come up straight. 5 minutes to set up the ladder struggling if you are one person.on top, the bottom edges where the feet go, has an issue and it was not possible to screw the feet in place.

Durable and lightweight
The instructions were not easy to follow. I had difficulty locking the steps. I also wish the ladder folded smaller to be stored away. Otherwise, the ladder feels durable, extends a lot and is relatively lightweight.
