This item has become my favorite snow globe! The attention to detail is amazing. I will even keep this snow globe out long after Christmas. I feel a peace when I look and shake this snow globe. Beautiful! So happy I ordered this item.

Credit where credit is due, I searched for an ETERNITY to find something with the Little Drummer Boy as the song to give to my grandfather (his favorite christmas song). And the globe itself is very pretty.HOWEVERThe box doesn't play the whole song. The 'Me and my drum' part is missing entirely, so it always feels like it's on a neverending loop of the uncanny valley. Like a club build up for hours with no drop.

Its a tradition for my youngest and I to shop for snow globe to kick off the holiday. Locally, they have stopped selling "Christian" items for holidays. So we came to amazon, hoping we could get something semi decent in a price range we could afford. This fits the bill. The paint job wasn't too bad (the peoples faces looked like people and not zombie creatures) and was a nice size and weight. The 'snow' floated and wasn't clumpy wads. The water globe was full (no bubbles). The music isn't a deal breaker because we only listen to it a couple of times. This will be one of those jokes 'name that tune' because it is not recognizable as "Little Drummer Boy". But it looks nice and that is important part for us.

I bought this gift for my daughter, son in law and their baby boy’s first Christmas. My son in law is a drummer so I thought this would be a perfect gift for them. The globe itself looked very nice, but the tune was not even close to what I was expecting. I have absolutely no idea what this song was, but it definitely was NOT Little Drummer Boy. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone.
