Can tell if it gives you much of a boost, taste ok, lots of vitamins. Will purchase again.

So far, I'm impressed!Flavor:The directions recommend 1 scoop (included) with 8-12 oz of water and adjust to taste. I started with 1 scoop in 12 oz of water in my favorite 32 oz water bottle in case it needed more water and it was perfect!At 12 oz the fruit punch flavor is tasty without feeling like I'm drinking fruit juice. Think Capri Sun vs that big red bottle of Hawaiian punch, haha. Those that like their drinks closer to "juice" would be fine with 8 oz.I also have the Hydrolyte electrolytes in Mango pineapple and I tend to like a less concentrated flavor, more like a flavored water than a juice. If the regular electrolytes were available in this flavor I'd grab that, too.Energy:I drank about 20 minutes ago and I feel similar to the way I feel after a good night's sleep and a cup of green tea, even though I didn't sleep well the past 2 nights. Too much caffeine makes me jittery, so it's nice to feel awake without the shaking or anxiety!Note for Sensitive Stomachs:I tried on an empty stomach because usually other energy products (including energy drinks and black tea) don't sit well on my stomach if I haven't eaten. I didn't notice any discomfort with this product!Final Thoughts:I'm looking forward to using this! I'm trying to cut down on caffeine (again, lol), so I think I'll use this instead of coffee or tea a few times a week. Now I'm going to go use the extra energy to clean my living room, but I'll update this review if I notice anything else!

The product does what it claims. The energy boost is quite intense. To much for me. I used less in more water but still got the jitters really intensely. I decided to not use this product as it caused my blood pressure to rise a lot. I gave it to my granddaughter.

First off, this is the first powder energy mix that I've found that I really liked the taste of. I've tried G Fuel and was not a fan. I use 1.5-2 scoops per bottle of water. My only issue is the size of the can for the price. I drink 4-5 bottles of water using this mix per day and would go through one container in a week and a half or so. At $25-$30 per container, it gets expensive. Still better than drinking energy drinks all day though.

I wanted to wait a good week to determine if this product did more than just taste great. MMA has been my long time goto for electrolytes and getting an option with some caffeine is a nice perk. It's not too strong that I can't sleep when I take it at night, but it's enough to work as a solid intra and post work out.My only complaint is the serving size is much smaller than their usual offerings but I get it. In order to keep the ingredients and costs in line with their other electrolyte powders, they had to make a cut somewhere. I'd rather it be on serving size versus quality ingredients.Keep it up, MMA!

I'm concerned over ingredients that do not dissolve. No matter the temperature of your liquid there are tiny little white clearish crystals at the bottom of the glass that sit there when you let your cup sit still for a minute.Dr Price's does not do this so I think I'll go back to that brand even though it's more expensive.This stuff also fizzes like alka seltzer when you put it in your water, which I also do not like and find a little off-setting.The flavor is good but it tastes like candy, so it makes me feel like I'm drinking something unhealthy.

I wasn’t aware it used sucralose. I had a spike in blood sugars and gastro issues from this supplement. I recommend you research the ingredients (aka Splenda) and the related warnings and research before you commit yourself to this product.
