Works great and easy to put on. In fact, it was easier to put on than a different one I bought that required removing all the cable from the spool and threading it through the stop. This is a two piece stop, so putting it on without removing any of the cable was very easy.Update 27Jan20: This still works great, particularly for the price. But, I thought I should share a warning. If you're not paying attention (as I was not) and you wrench the winch hook into the fairlead, you will obliterate this cable hook stopper. Remember, the winch is strong and these are only rubber.

pulled it right through my winch rollers within 6 months of installing. junk.

Cable Stop
Fairly simple to install but needs to be a little more rigid as it is easy to over-tighten the bolts when assembling.
