I bought this for my Wife's birthday and she's just tested one of the recipes. They are amazing, a high quality Brownie. My waist line will take a battering from this. But what a product!

Only wish it was bigger... or not just brownies/blondies etc. The only thing Mike could have done for less experienced bakers is describe more what it looks like when done... I'm experienced but would have struggled a bit if I followed his directions "bake until edges are set" seeing that baking time vary drastically with every oven. I've made the birthday cake blondies (excellent- but I browned the butter first and made it with my mixer with the whisk attachment, then folded in the flour), smores bars- a couple times... my colleague's keep requesting it, and the chocolate chip brownie and the cheese cake bars... all have been very good.Write another book!!!

Qualità della stampa ottima, foto meravigliose. Ci sono brownies per tutti i gusti e non i soliti che si trovano in giro, specialmente se utilizzate solo ricette italiane o italianizzate. Chiaramente il libro è in inglese ma le misure sono disponibili in g e cups. Ottimo libro, anche solo da collezionare.

I am an accomplished baker. I own hundreds of recipe books because, well, that's just my weakness. I have made several recipes out of this book and every one is delicious. I have bought books from famous Food Network bakers that seem to purposely leave out ingredients that, for novice bakers would result in failures (like baking powder/soda). This is accurate to the inth degree. Tip: If you, like me, like to bake in larger batches for more people, the recipes that bake in the smaller pans can be done 1 1/2 times the ingredients to bake in a 9 x 13 pan.

I have more cookbooks than I can count and this shot right up to one of my all time favorites! His red velvet brownies and s’mores bars are to die for!! I’ve already made them both since they book got here just a few days ago - haha. Can’t wait to cook my way through this book. Don’t even hesitate a minute to buy this book!!
