Works great for 2009 Dodge Charger. DIY programming was a breeze.
Worked great on my 2009 Charger. I did have the two keys (both which can start the car) available so I was able to self program. You watch the blinking light and you can tell when after 10 seconds the key is programmed. It should be able to start the car and open the doors and trunk immediately. I was able to take the key out of the old fob and put it in the new fob with no issues. Happy I found this on Amazon it saved me some money.

So far, I love it. I previously had to re-solder both my OEM key FOB chips that came loose. I didn't want to get stuck having to pay $250+ at the dealership if anything went wrong. Bought a couple of these, and I programmed both in about 30 seconds total. Now my originals can collect dust as emergency backups in case something happens to these. (If you have 2 working fobs, do yourself a favor and cover your behind; buy one of these and program it yourself. SAVE THE MONEY, DOPEY.)

Not a good purchase for me
Purchased this Fobik in December 2016 and took it to the Dodge Dealership to program. The dealership told me they could not guarantee that the program would work, therefore, no type of warranty given. Worked great for the first 3 months. It will still start my car, but none of the buttons will work now. I took it to one of our local locksmith companies and he could not repair it. He said these generic versions are very cheaply made. So had to purchase a Dodge Fobik for $170 (this included the programming). I read the reviews of others saying theirs did not last either, but wanted to take the chance since it was saving me money. Well, I didn't save anything. Instead I'm out $75 (cost of the Fobik + programming). BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Got it programmed at the dodge dealership for 80$ but the remote control stopped working yesterday only lasted about 3 and a half months. Therefore i cannot use the remote control to unlock or lock doors or open the trunk. Atleast I can use it to turn on the car still and with the emergency key I can open the door. Its okay but only lasts a lil while. If looking for long term buy the original.

You cannot tell the difference in the stock key and this one. You can either spend 100$ + or but these and take them to the local locksmith or program them your self. You will need two operatable keys to program them your self. Look up how to program them on u tube and that should help you out. Defenetly worth the price.

The Dodge Charger Fobik was the right one for my 2010. I took it to the Dodge Dealer to get it programmed. It took them less than 30 minutes to cut and program. I will be ordering a extra soon. And I received it a day before it was supposed to get here. Thanks for the fast service.

worked fine
Dealer programmed the key and it worked fine but when it showed up it was kind of falling apart on the sides.
