Worth the money
I bought this as a replacement for a 15 year old Thermarest to try to save some weight while backpacking. It turns out that you save over half the deflated size but double the comfort. It also weighs about 1/3 of the old Thermarest. Both are regular length. Some people commented that it is noisy to move around on, but I did not encounter that at all while inside the tent. There's always some fabric rubbing sounds due to the synthetics involved.I intended to use this after backpacking the Sierra, but my wife swiped it for her use. She slept great which is fine by me. She has a bad back and is a little fussy about mattresses and this kept her happy. I liked the weight savings.I almost forgot to mention that the only drawback is it is no self-inflating like my old Thermarest. It took about 25 lung-fulls of air to inflate it. This kinda makes you spacey at 10,000 feet up.

returned and ordered the same in large instead.
Good mat, especially for side-sleepers, but with it being an air-mattress and 2.5" thick, it's not comfortable if an arm or knee slips down, and tjhe combination of size, height and inherent properties of air-mattresses makes it easy to roll off. This was never an issue with my same-format 1lbs 11oz 1" old self-inflating therm-a-rest, as it's so thin as anything that sticks out simply rests on the tent floor at basically the same level. On a 30 minute test-nap in a sleeping-bag, I found it much more comfortable than my 1" self-inflating mat, especially when lying on my side. Easy to inflate (just take your time), light, sturdy feel, but insecure feel and once I actually fell asleep I rolled off. As I bike-camp, and the large mat is still significantly lighter and more compact than my current regluar-size self-inflating therm-a-rest, I've returned this and ordered the large.

Great product, very comfortable
Super happy with this mattress. I slept on it for a week straight and had no trouble at all. I also have a Therm-A-Rest X-therm with the tapered design and I prefer this greatly. The rectangular design prevents me from falling off the mattress at night and having to readjust all the time. Material is comfortable and enjoyable to sleep on. It's a little noisy but nowhere near as bad as my X-Therm. Unless I'm sleeping on snow or ice, I will be using this pad from now on. Packs up just as small as the X-Therm, about the size of a 1L Nalgene. I highly recommend using a pump sack instead of blowing it up with your breath. It will prevent mold from growing inside the mattress and makes it much easier to inflate. Deflation and packing is easy and quick. Very good product!

Not the best from Thermarest
I was a little disappointed in this Thermarest. The length is great being that I'm 5'10. The width was very narrow. I'm an average weight. If I roll over I roll off of it. My husband has an older version that has a great width even being narrow. It does take some effort to fill it up. I used an air mattress pump. I would hate to be out on the trail and have to actually blow it up myself. I gave it 3 stars because it did sleep comfortably.

Since then I'm extremely happy with this mat
This is the second one I've bought, this time for GF. I had the old neoair, which had developed a fault. I brought it to cascade designs where they've replaced it for new green model. Since then I'm extremely happy with this mat. Truth is you have to inflate it (you can get small battery powered pump for that), but it only takes couple of minutes. It's really warm and lightweight. It does not make horrible crispy sound like some others. As I said, last one was for GF, and she's very satisfied with the choice. I had this mat with me on 760km trek across Slovakia and it was perfect. She's taking hers to polar trek in Greenland.

Excellent Air Matress
Purchased for Appalachian trail thru-hike. A little heavier than other options but I preferred the rectangular shape over the mummy shape since I tend to flip around a lot during the night. Really not that noisy, seems to be a lot less nosier than others. Had about week where mine was leaking and tried everything to find leak, then suddenly one night it didn't leak and never did again. I believe something just got in the valve piece and was keeping it from sealing correctly. Durability is excellent, it survived the entire Appalachian Trail for me.

Neo Air Treker / light weight, compact, comfortable
The Neo Air Treker is very comfortable, I used a therma rest self inflating pad prior to purchasing the Treker. The Treker packs down much smaller, and is lighter Great for Bikecamping!Although the Neo Air is narrower and a little crackly, but still comfortable.

507 grams in Regular size, good quality
So far so good. Ran a test after the package arrived, total weight with the sack is 507 grams (1.12pounds) for the regular size, so it's slightly below the advertised 1.25 pounds. Needed about 25 full breaths to inflate it to a reasonable thickness (I'm 175lbs).Going to test it this Thu on a hike to Split Mountain in CA. Will update once fully tested.
