We have not set them up permanently yet, but have taken it out of the box to make sure it all works. The monitor is absolutely amazing! We currently have a smaller monitor and it's okay, but the size of this one is perfect. The video looks crisp and clear. We think it was a great deal for the price.

This is a top notch security system, also love being able to view cameras from our phones or from the monitor. Has all the features of systems costing a lot more money and everything is very well built and durable.

The only problem I had with 2k 3mp system was the resolution. For that reason I give it a 4 1/2 out of 5 star rating. I wanted clear images of people’s faces and vehicles. This system wasn’t quite clear enough. For that reason only, I found I should look at the maybe a 4K 5mp camera system. The Zosi app is top of the line. With it I was able to access all the features of the camera system with my smart phone and at no additional cost. You will need to use an eithernet cable between the monitor and your router. Because of default settings, you will need to go to the menu > setup> and select “obtain the ip address automatically”. I’d like to see this to be the default setting! Reboot. Other than that it’s an easy set up. The system requires NO wiring between the camera and monitor. You do have to plug the cameras into a 120 volt outlet. You can connect a eithernet cable between the camera and monitor for more reliable reception, and hear the audio on the monitor. The 12.5” monitor, doesn’t have a built in speaker, it only has an earphone Jack for your speaker or headphones. I’d like to see it have a built in 2 way speaker! You can use the app to talk to someone and to hear them, using your smartphone. Night vision is great. Set alarms to your needs. Human or motion detection. You can set your cameras up to have the lights come on as a spotlight or flash with the alarm. Set the alarm to sound and select the volume, which doesn’t go very loud. Built in1TB HDD is plenty and you can review recorded time or motion events.

Be aware: After two years and purchasing two additional cameras, the system stopped working. That’s fine—I understand things can break. So, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix it and simply sent me a link to their new system, which is not compatible with my existing cameras. That means I’ll lose all the money I invested in this system. Needless to say, I won’t be buying a new system from them.I also use CampCam cameras at another office, and they work much better. I do not recommend buying this brand.

The picture quality is perfect and the view angle is wide. I was surprised how clear the cameras shows all details of people’s faces. The price is competitive for comparable cameras. Easy to use navigation tools such as locating and recording specific videos. Customer service responds quickly when asked how to include additional cameras (thank you Louis).

Exactly what i wanted. Easy to Install easy to use. The customer service is excellent by far best ever. my users user's manual was really really tiny to read and dark even with glasses on (my readers) so customer service walked me through any step i needed with no attitude and was thorough with step by step instructions. Ive since bought 1 extra camera but this is a great unit.

Great product, easy to set up, cameras are spread around our warehouse with the receiver in the office, communication s reliable, stable and the video quality very good. Streaming from home is fast, reliable and clear.Impressive and great having videos recording 24/7. I have EUFY at home and the batteries constantly need charging even though they supposed to be 365 days and video captures just a few seconds each time. This system is great compared, yes the cameras needs to be plugged in but much more reliable and 24.7 recording is worth it. Great value.

Easy and simple to install, power to the cameras, wi-fi back to the unit and monitor. Great images, and easy to navigate. A Touch screen monitor would have been fantastic (it would achieve a 10) but using the mouse provided is acceptable.
