Great Convenient Purchase.
This lower sodium beef broth is good tasting and excellent when roasting beef, so it does not dry out. Just let it cool after cooking a roast and skim off any fat from the top, and you have an excellent ingredient for gravy or a cup of soup broth. You can add all your own spices, and the broth is not overwhelming with the already added spices by Swanson's.
