Pearson's is #1!
Pearson's peppermint patties are truly THE BEST!!! Having now taste-tested Pearson's against the big names, in my opinion, Pearson's is #1!

Not wrapped as a round as pictured.
Bought these to go in our old round peppermint patty vending machine. Pictured shows that they are wrapped tightly round but they aren’t. False advertising at its best. Picture what you’re selling.

Definitely not York brand.
About the same texture and creaminess as a York Peppermint patties. But if must complain about something it would be the dark chocolate. I'm a 'melt in the mouth' chocolate eater. When eating these that way the chocolate totally overpowers the mint but the mint does come thru in the end. My purchase was fresh, not discolored or hard, and quite tasty. But next order I might go with the boxes of Junior Mints.

Not quite fresh
Had the majority of them stick to their foil (so badly that you couldn't eat them). Some were okay, but consider buying from a different source.

Not quite up to par!
I bought these assuming they would taste the same as the larger ones I have purchased in stores with 2 patties inside each package. Unfortunately this was not true. These were not soft and creamy. Instead they were very firm and more dry in comparison. I gave them away to friends. They are not bad for mint patties and might satisfy a lot of people! For me, however, they were not like the ones I have purchased in the stores with the same name. Perhaps they sat in a warehouse too long?

DO NOT BUY IT IS EXPIRED!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Best by date is March 1, 2020. I purchased in July. Received it July 22. This is unacceptable.
