I was a bit sceptical that something like this could hoover and do it properly but I am pleasantly surprised and amazed how well it does it. As you can see it comes with everything you need and even a few spares that you may need for longer lasting performance. It is very easy to set up and was up and working in know time at all. I have 3 types of surface and it hoovers them all just as good with no problems and returns to its charging base at the end. It worked just as good with a full charge as it did with it needing a charge so no problem there either.the suctioning is very good. I used the remote control and I’m going to add to my Alexa for a daily routine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend it make housework so much easier!

I have a bg700. I love it - but don’t use many of the features (it starts automatically at 10pm every night and if I want it to clean during the day I just press start). However, it developed a fault in its 11th month. I was all set for a frustrating process ... but instead I have received a new machine in less than 5 days. I am absolutely delighted and highly commend Bagotte for a simple, sympathetic process (I just sent a video). ************* from me.

To start with I was a little skeptical about how well the vacuum would perform. But now having used this for the last 2 weeks or so i'm wondering why i never purchased this earlier! I am very impressed by this product, it is very quiet and the suction works well on both hard flooring and carpet. I love the fact the the vacuum will return itself to base and recharges and has useful features like spot cleaning and room edges.I will say that it was a little difficult to set up the app and get Alexa started, but after a few tries we got there in the end. But the majority of times we will just use the remote which works perfectly well.I probably use the item 2 or 3 times a day and it saves me sooo much time its one of my best purchases!

This was bought for my mum having already purchased one for ourselves. Sufficient recommendation on its own. We use it on both carpet and a cushion tiled floor and it works equally well on both.The seller was really helpful with a query we had and delivery was very quick too, thanks.As an aside, and it applies to all robot vacs, there must be a market for plastic blocks to stop the cleaners climbing on low surfaces, such as speaker stands or heading towards cables. We currently use slippers or shoes but lengths of plastic blocks, available in different sizes, would be a simple alternative. As a permanent feature, the magnetic strips are impractical.

This vacuum is slick and powerful and make your life a lot easier. Suction and battery life is excellent. Time programming is easy and very precise. Beep alert when vacuum is at fault. Best money spent. Every household needs one to keep floors looking top notch! :))))

This has been a game changer for me. Amazing piece of technology and worth every pound spent.

hoover was a surprise had a lot more power than i thought. Glad i made the impulse buy, my shark has been having a well deserved rest.
