I have been giving this to my dog on top of his food daily for several months now and it has certainly improved his digestion and bowel movements. Since using these (about 3 weeks) my gut has become very unhappy. I have more loose stools than before and now also have a hemorrhoid! I have stopped taking them now and hoping my bottom feels much better ASAP!I also struggled with swallowing these, and don't usually have issues, however this is the least of my issues with them!
